Private Ocean Front Rooms
The Inn on Strand Street (formerly known as The Frederiksted Hotel) is located on historic Strand Street in Frederiksted, and overlooks the picturesque waterfront of Frederiksted, St Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

This Danish owned, but locally managed hotel is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, the rain forest, shopping, horseback riding, jet skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, ATV rain forest tours, historical sites, museums, cruise ships, restaurants, beach bars, and much, much more.
All of our rooms have been remodeled since hurricane Maria hit Frederiksted as a category 5 hurricane in September of 2017. All rooms are air conditioned and have microwaves and refrigerators for casual, in-room dining. Some of our rooms have full kitchens. Please call our office for specific room details.
Our large, 4 story hotel, surrounds a picturesque courtyard that features an on-site breakfast restaurant that is open 7 days a week. Breakfast is not included in the price of your stay, but the convenient location makes it an added pleasure when visiting our hotel. This hotel is great for large groups and also features a conference/gathering area on our 1st floor and guest laundry area for long term stays.

Waterfront Second Floor
Our 2nd floor rooms each have a king and a twin bed, a kitchenette (no stove or oven), a private bathroom, and a private, waterfront balcony with outdoor seating.
Waterfront Third and Fourth Floor
Our third and fourth floor, ocean view rooms have 2 full beds. Each room also has a private bathroom, a private, waterfront balcony with outdoor seating, and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster oven.
The Penthouse
Our 4th Floor, 2 bedroom “Penthouse” features panoramic views of the ocean and the city from the entry way of the unit, along with a full kitchen and a main living area that can double as a conference room for groups and business travelers. This large unit features a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, two bathrooms, and views of the courtyard from the abundance of windows.

Check In & Checkout
Check-in is 3:00pm to 11:00pm and Check-out is at noon every day. Late check outs are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
We prefer cancellations to be in writing, preferably by sending us an email to frontdesk@innonstrandstreet.com. Full refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to reservation date. If within 30 days of reservation, deposit is non-refundable.
